1. Introduction

Welcome to Daniel Page Mosaic Artist (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.danielpage.art and our services. By accessing our website or commissioning our work, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Commissions and Custom Work

2.1 Commission Process

  • All commissions begin with an initial consultation to discuss requirements, size, style, and budget
  • A written proposal will be provided, including design concepts, materials, timeline, and costs
  • Work begins upon receipt of the agreed deposit
  • Progress updates will be provided at key stages of the project

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the commission and cover initial materials
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before installation or delivery
  • For large-scale projects, a staged payment schedule may be arranged
  • All prices are quoted in [local currency] and include VAT where applicable

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable due to material costs and time investment
  • Cancellations after work has begun will be charged based on work completed
  • Any refund will be at the artist’s discretion and will take into account materials used and work completed

3. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, sketches, and completed works remain the intellectual property of Daniel Page Mosaic Artist until full payment is received
  • We retain the right to photograph and use images of completed works for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
  • Commissioned works may not be reproduced without express written permission
  • Clients receive ownership rights of the physical artwork upon full payment

4. Installation and Delivery

  • Installation costs are not included in the artwork price unless specifically stated
  • We can recommend professional installers but are not responsible for third-party installation
  • Shipping costs are additional and will be quoted separately
  • Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or completion of installation

5. Warranty and Maintenance

  • All mosaics come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
  • The warranty does not cover damage from:
    • Improper installation by third parties
    • Accidents or intentional damage
    • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
    • Normal wear and tear
  • Maintenance instructions will be provided upon completion

6. Website Use

  • Content on www.danielpage.art is protected by copyright
  • Images may not be used without permission
  • We are not responsible for the content of linked external websites

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Existing commissions will be governed by the terms in place when the commission was accepted.
